Alesund close to 100 calls for the first time in 2011

Calls to Alesund in 2011 are significantly up on last year, being 97 calls compared with 74.

Alesund increases its handling capacity in 2012

Alesund in Norway will be able to handle two of the larger cruiseships at the same time and the same place come 2012.

The Mayor of the Ålesund Municipality of Ålesund, Björn Tömmerdal, visited Seatrade in March this year.
